iYdot ("we") explains here what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Last updated 26 July 2026.

Data we collect

Account & identity: phone number (sign-in), name/surname (asked at withdrawal/KYC), age & province (to match you to relevant tasks), contact phone (if you provide it).

Device & security: a device fingerprint and device-integrity signals — to enforce "one real person, one account" and prevent bots/farming.

Technical: IP address, proof-of-presence (heartbeat) and in-app usage — to verify work is done by a real human.

Financial: bank account details (only at withdrawal) and transaction/payout records.

Task content: the ratings, comments, and answers you submit.

How we use it

Match you to relevant tasks; verify genuine human work and prevent bots/fraud; pay you; quality-check; improve the service; and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with: bank/payment rails to pay you; service providers under contract; and where required by law. Clients receive only your task outputs (ratings/comments/answers), never your identity.

Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active and as required by law/accounting. When you delete your account (in the app → My Account → Delete account) we erase your personal data and deactivate the account, except records we must retain by law.

Your rights

You may access, correct (in the app's Account screen), and delete your data/account, and withdraw consent. Contact us at privacy@iydot.com.

Age

This service is for people aged 18 and over.
